 How Do I Get To The Venue?

The hotel sits on the edge of the two hundred acre Syon House estate and is situated in Middlesex, West London just of the A315. The nearest train station is Syon Lane which is a 15 minute walk away.

 Will The Event Be Recorded?

Yes. The recordings are only available to VIP & CEO Ticket Holders. The recordings will be uploaded to our online portal and unique login codes provided. Please give us up to 30 days after the event to provide access as the recordings will need to be edited and uploaded.

 Will The Event Be Live-Streamed?

No. The event isn't live streamed. It is recorded but those are only available to VIP & CEO Ticket Holders.

 Do you offer refunds?

If you can't attend the event please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds will be available up until 17th June 24. After that we won't provide refunds due our commitment to the cost of delivery, but can convert the cost into credit to use on our other events and services.

 Is There A Dress Code?

Smart casual. It's an informal business event so please dress accordingly.
